Our services are intended for business use only. By engaging our services, you represent that you are authorized to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business and that your use of our leads and services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
LeadBex makes reasonable efforts to deliver qualified leads that meet agreed-upon intake criteria. In the event a lead fails to meet criteria as specified in your service agreement, our replacement or credit policy as outlined in that agreement shall apply. LeadBex does not guarantee specific conversion rates or business outcomes from leads provided.
Partners agree to use leads and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state laws governing contact and marketing. Partners may not:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared in connection with any service engagement, including but not limited to pricing, campaign strategies, and client data, and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadBex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to LeadBex in the three months preceding the claim.
